For Christmas in 2007 I received a small home brewing kit from my sister-in-law. I enjoyed brewing my first batch so much I went all out and purchased the necessary equipment to make the standard 5 gallon batch. I'm enjoying learning about the process of making beer and wine - it makes you appreciate the final product!

In 2008, I'm planning on making a few different varieties and hopefully experimenting (successfully) with the ingredients. Before you come visit, let me know your favorite kind of beer and give me about a month to brew it for you!
