In October 2007 I went to work for T3Ci - a California based RFID startup company. Soon afterwards, I moved to the Bentonville, Arkansas area to open up a remote office for the company. Over time, our product offerings changed to include helping customers track promotion performance and manage their retail in-stock levels (non-RFID). In the beginning of 2008 we changed our name from T3Ci to Retail Solutions (RSi). Here are some of the things I've done since working for RSi:

- Lead consultant on three strategic customer accounts.
- Provided cutting edge RFID and out of stock analysis to executive level customers using a variety of data visualization and statistical tools.
- Drove successful merchandiser intervention at Wal*mart stores by sending data based alerts which directed resources where they were most needed.
- Managed all aspects of opening a branch office. Duties included facility selection and contract negotiation, interviewed and hired additional staff members to build out the company, and secured additional space for branch expansion.
