I started my Supply Chain MBA at ASU in the Spring'03 and graduated in December of 2004. According to the WP Carey Website 1/16/03, "The W. P. Carey School of Business is proud that its supply chain management major has earned a #5 national ranking from U.S.News & World Report (2003). Current interest in supply chain management stems from the need for businesses to purchase, produce, move, and market goods and services on a global basis. Today's focus on time, cost and quality makes coordination an imperative for business partners around the world in order to meet and exceed customers' needs and wants. Firms from throughout the country and in all sectors of the economy recruit supply chain management graduates."

Though my MBA is mostly on-line it involves quite a bit of contact with my classmates. We meeting for three days at the beginning of each semester in Tempe, Arizona and listen to our first lecture from each professor we will have throughout the semester. We have a chance to meet face to face with our groups and discuss up and coming projects. Every class has group papers and projects that require conference calls and careful planning across time zones.
