| I played Footy for the Phoenix Scorpions in the 2001 and 2002. Circa 2003 the team changed its name to the Arizona Hawks and, at about the same time, started winning games. 2003 was a disappointing season at Nationals in Division 2. The next year we had a much better showing by securing the Division 2 national championship. The team graduated to Division 1 in 2005 and had a good showing at nationals held in Milwaukee, WI. I am glad that my last footy match was in Milwaukee in front of family and friends. | ||
