I played hurling the summer of '95 while working for Harley Davidson in Milwaukee. It was nice to go head down to the lake after work or on the weekends and get a game in.
Hurling is by far the fastest game I have every played. Though there is little tackling, everyone has hurley (curved ash stick) which makes things interesting when there is a cluster of people swinging at the ball. Check out the Milwaukee Hurling Club's website for more details.
